Hi, I'm Quan! I moved here in 2002 to attend WWU, fell in love with Bham, and vowed never to leave. I was an Engineer for 13 years. I was also OBESE and very unhealthy. One day, I gained some knowledge that changed my life and ended up losing 100lbs! From a 42" to 27" waist. XL to XS. No more meds, no more CPAP! With changes that dramatic, people get curious. I ended up helping friends & fam lose 2000+lbs combined! I got my NASM CPT to better help people but soon realized I wasn't gonna stop there. So, I quit my job and opened a gym. I am so lucky to have found Anytime Fitness. AF knows that behind every struggling person is a story just like mine. We all want to be healthier but just need a NUDGE to get things started and the SUPPORT to keep going. I am committed to using care, compassion, and empathy to learn your personal story and use that as leverage to help YOU get to a healthier place. Today, you got to hear my story. Hey, I’m Steve! I grew up in Huntington Beach, CA but have lived all over the west coast. I was recently drawn to Bellingham like many for the awesome culture and proximity to all things outdoors. I discovered my passion for health and fitness after getting serious about my own journey. By simply starting with walking/jogging; I quickly picked up steam into weightlifting and even recently completed my NASM certification. I’ve found such amazing stress relief through weightlifting - I love pushing myself. Between my genuine desire to inspire and support others, as well as reading AF Fairhaven’s Google Reviews, I decided it was time to take the leap and make a career change full-time into health & fitness. Let's get pumped!

Hi, I’m Haden! I am a Whatcom County local, growing up in Blaine, WA. I found my love for fitness and exercise through years of being a three-sport athlete. I spent my off seasons training to improve performance and prevent injuries and realized how important it is to keep the body moving and healthy. I have a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Health and Physical Fitness from Western Washington University and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I enjoy all types of exercise but I am most passionate about weightlifting and other modes of resistance training. I am lucky enough to have had some very influential and knowledgeable mentors throughout my fitness journey and I hope to be that person for you!

Hello, I'm Rose! I grew up on the Oregon Coast and found my love for the outdoors pretty early in life. I love getting out on the water in a kayak or sailboat! I even sailed competitively for a few years. I have spent a lot of time sailing around the San Juan Islands on family vacations and liked it so much I decided to move to Bellingham! While I was attending school in Arizona, I had the opportunity to raft a portion of the Grand Canyon. I look forward to rafting the entire canyon some day! I am a recent graduate of NAU where I got my B.S. in Exercise Science. In addition, I hold four different certifications in the fitness field: ACE CPT / GFI, Schwinn Cycle Instructor, and certified TRX Coach. I have been working in the fitness industry for the last three years and am bringing my experience to Anytime Fitness Fairhaven! I am excited to start training at Anytime Fitness and hope I get the opportunity to help you on your path to a healthier you!

Hello, I’m Mesa! I moved to Bellingham three years ago to attend WWU and completed my degree in March ‘23. After being diagnosed with a rare medical condition at 15, fitness had a profound effect during my recovery process and has become a passionate part of my lifestyle ever since. I’m excited to help others reach their goals and be a part of their journey!
